Returning products
Products purchased on the iqgame.ro website can be returned according to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and Government Ordinance, number 9 of 2016, regarding consumer rights.
You have the legal right to cancel the purchase of the product, without penalty and without justifying the decision, within 14 calendar days of receiving the ordered product. The return can be requested by you (the buyer) or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier.

You can also use for this purpose the contact form on the iqgame.ro website, in the Contact office@iqgame.ro section to submit your return request, within the deadline provided by law. If you choose this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of the return request by email.
To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Reimbursement of the amounts paid
The amount paid by you for the product you wish to return will be refunded in full, including standard delivery costs, as soon as possible but no later than 14 days from the date on which the returned product reaches us and is checked for compliance.
For the reimbursement of the amounts paid, we will use the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you express your consent for another payment method. The choice of a different payment method than the one used in the initial transaction will not be exempted from the application of the additional cost on the returned amounts of any external commissions and taxes (such as commissions charged by the bank for the transfer, by the card processor, etc.).
In the case of orders paid by cash on delivery, the relevant amount will be transferred to an IBAN account, without cash reimbursement.
For refund transactions of these amounts, IQ Games S.R.L. does not charge a commission. However, it is possible that the bank you have an account with usually charges fees for which we cannot be responsible.
The cost of returning the product / products will be borne by the sender, unless otherwise exceptionally determined. Return parcels with payment to destination (IQ Games headquarters) cannot be sent.

Exceptionally, if IQ Games S.R.L. agrees to pay the return shipping, we will send a courier to pick up the package from you as soon as possible. Return conditions
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original box, with all the accessories and documents that accompanied it). Products that show physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return. Although it is an unlikely situation, if we happen to find during the conformity check that the product is not in perfect condition, we will have to charge a fee which we will communicate to you, refunding you only part of the money paid initially.
